What is Keonda?
Keonda is an online intermediation platform for watersports. We do not teach lessons, we do not rent out equipment of our own and we do not organise the activities: what we provide is the technology that lets local schools, shops and independent instructors publish their own offers and sell them online.
Every listing you see was created and published by the partner named on it. They decide what they offer, at what price, on which dates and under which conditions. Keonda shows you those offers, takes the booking and processes the payment.
1. Search
Pick your destination, sport and dates. You will see the prices and availability each partner has published for that spot.
2. Book and pay
Reserve online in a couple of minutes with secure card payment. Your confirmation and the partner's contact details arrive by email.
3. Hit the water
You meet the partner at the agreed spot. Manage, reschedule or cancel your booking from your Keonda account, under that listing's cancellation policy.
Who does what
Keonda provides the technology
The search, the availability calendar, the booking, the secure payment through Stripe and any refunds due under the published cancellation policy. Keonda is not a party to the service contract and does not deliver the activity.
The partner provides the service
They publish their listings, freely set their prices, their dates and their cancellation policy, and run the activity. They are solely responsible for delivering it safely, for the equipment, and for holding the qualifications, licences and insurance their local rules require.
Who you are contracting with
When you book, the service contract is signed between you and the partner; Keonda is not a party to it. That is why, before paying, you accept two separate documents: the partner's own service contract and Keonda's platform terms.

Your Keonda account
You can create an account with your email or sign in with Google. We only use your name and email address to create the account, show you your bookings and notify you about changes to them. We never sell your data.
