Free cancellation up to 24h before arrival · 90% with less than 24h notice · 80% refund in case of no-show.
Changes
You can change the dates yourself up to 24h before arrival; after that, only the provider can propose a change, which you'll need to accept.
Payments
If you book 24h or more in advance, only your card is verified now; the actual charge happens automatically 24h before the service starts. If you book with less than a day's notice, you're charged instantly.
This rental requires a R$600 deposit: rentals under 3 days hold it as a card block released once the service ends; rentals of 3 days or more charge it for real and refund it once the service ends. Either way, it's only used in case of proven damage, loss, or a late return.
